Zhu Zhu Buying Tips...

If it matters to you... ask and confirm. NEVER assume.

Confirm the Zhu Zhu is IN HAND - NOT a Pre-Sale or Pre-Order:

Confirm the seller has the item "In Hand". Meaning that the Zhu Zhu can be shipped as soon as payment is received. This way you're not having to wait until they are in stock. If it's a Pre-Order or a Pre-Sale, this can add days to weeks before you receive your item, which would be horrible if you're giving it as a gift.

Confirm the Zhu Zhu's Condition:

Make sure you understand the condition. Many Zhu Zhu Hamsters are pictured with "stock photos". A great question to ask is, "Is there anything that I should know about it's condition?" as well as, "Is it new in box?"

We recommend avoiding "customized" Zhu Zhu Pets:

Some people have begun coloring or dying the hamsters various colors using different techniques. Some work, some don't, some stain. We recommend just sticking to the originals. ( Also Read Our - Cautions Page )

If you're purchasing the Zhu Zhu NEW: ( if this matters to you )

If you're purchasing a NEW Zhu Zhu, confirm that it's:
    UnOpened Box - New In Box - Brand New In Box - New In Package, etc

Confirm the Zhu Zhu 3 Pack or 4 Pack is in factory packaging: ( if this matters to you )

If your purchasing a Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster 3 pack or 4 pack, confirm it's in the actual factory 3 pack, not just a set of 3 or 4 separately packaged hamsters being sold together. (Again....IF this matters to you)

Are you purchasing the Zhu Zhu to COLLECT it?:

If your purchasing a Zhu Zhu to collect them, confirm how the item is going to be shipped. For example, you would want it shipped in a cardboard box, NOT a manila envelope!!!!!
